Description
en Issued on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Middle East Airlines. This coin was offered as a part of two different sets of coins (See "Is Part Of"). When issued it was encapsulated and displayed in a presentation box. A serialized COA was enclosed with every set.

Reverse
An arabesque gateway leading to a gilt stylized shape of a cedar tree in the medal's center. The cedar tree is supposedly floating in the air and surrounded by shapes symbolizing 8 birds or doves and 2 clouds. The denomination in Arabic numeral is over the cedar tree. The denomination in Latin is at the bottom-center. The denomination at the bottom is flanked by the year of issue in Arabic and Latin numerals. A crystal stone is inlaid at the top.
